Referring to Your Lordship's despatch No.107

of the lat. ultimo, I have the honour to state that the

late Mr. O'Keeffe was a bachelor. I enclose a copy of the

entry of his death in the Death Register.

The deceased's estate was administered by

the official Receiver, who will forward an account of his

administration to Mrs.Lee in due course. It realised a sum

of $265.17, an amount insufficient to pay the claims which

have been filed against it.
